- Responsible for Human Resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, payroll administration, performance evaluation / review & employee relations.
- Issuance of staff appointment letter, confirmation, memorandums extension and any other documents related to staff employment.
- To process, prepare and print out salary report fortnightly and arrange document for submission to the bank and responsible for all statutory payments on timely basis to EPF, SOCSO, etc.
- To handle disciplinary issue, staff counseling, motivation and other industrial or employee relation matters.
- To monitor employee's performance appraisal and probation.
- Other ad-hoc task are assigned by Managing Director as when required.
- To assist and ensure smooth and efficient day to day operation of all HR functions IE. maintenance of employee's personnel file, payroll, employee's attendance record, leave records etc.
