-At least 1 year experience in customer service environment providing support via phone, email or live chat in application support.

-Knowledge or experience in mobile application development.

-Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively in English and Mandarin.

-Local Malaysian

-Work location, client site at Menara Sentral
