- Perform routine building maintenance jobs such as painting, electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance
- Clean machine's interior
- Respond to maintenance and repair emergencies
- Identify and resolve problems
- Monitor hotel system for new maintenance requests and update remarks after task is done
- Perform maintenance tasks in guest rooms such as plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing hardware and electrical equipment such as lighting, air conditioners, and AC ducts
- Work as an independent mechanic by analysing problems, identifying action plans, and finding solutions
- Maintain inventory of repair parts and supplies as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
