Duties include, but are not limited to
- Taking customer orders, face to face and over the phone
- Serving customers at the till
- Scanning, photocopying and filing documents: maintaining accurate records
- Rerouting phone calls to the appropriate person, as necessary
- Creating, editing and updating spreadsheets
- Upkeeping IT equipment
- Assisting buyer with processes and paperwork
Working hours - Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, one hour for lunch
