If you are a legal practitioner with an LLB degree and two years post admission experience, then this may be the position for you!
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:
- Someone with a good understanding of the law.
- Someone who shows a keen interest in contract law and all matters related thereto.
- A valid LLB degree from a reputable institution
- A valid drivers licence
- 2 years post admission experience
- Be based in Pretoria
- Clear criminal record
The emphasis of the specific position will focus on:
- The drafting of various different contracts;
- The consideration of various different contracts;
- Advise on contract related matters;
- Assisting the Compliance Office to ensure a proper contract management system is maintained.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Legal Advisor
This is a Permanent position.
